The Brockman Building helped shape downtown LA a century ago. Today, this striking 12-story Beaux Arts tower is gaining new life as The Brockman Lofts. Located in the Financial District, this historic building is pet-friendly and features penthouses, rooftop amenities and large floor plans. The building's historical architecture lives on through its exposed brick and concrete but is now complemented by premium finishes including marble countertops in select lofts. Residents also enjoy priority seating at Bottega Louie as well as delivery straight to their lofts.
Constructed:
Barnett Haynes + Barnett - 1911
Modernized: West Millenium Group, Harrison Albright - 2008
