This 12-story Gothic Revival and Italian Renaissance Revival architectural styled brick building located in the Los Angeles Fashion District was developed by Florence C. Casler, a pioneering woman real estate developer and contractor. Designed by William Douglas Lee in the Gothic Revival style, the building opened in 1926 and was a center for garment manufacturing.

In 2005, the building was converted into loft-style condominiums by Forest City Residential West Group. Residents can enjoy authentic vintage loft style living with shared common area amenities of Santee Village. Facilities include a rooftop pool, spa, BBQ area, basketball court, and driving range.
