Poineering the community of South Park, Flower Street Lofts was the first of several loft projects transforming the face of Downtown Los Angeles. The building is located on Flower between 11th and 12th streets. Built in 1936, it originally worn the title of being LA's main distribution center for the United Parcel Service (UPS).
